2024-2025 What in the Season 6 Episode 9 is going on

 Hello all! Good morning, afternoon, evening, wherever you may be! So, I lost a whole year on here, last post was 2023! They say that time flies when you're having fun. Where's the fun? Time is just flying by and not asking for my consent! LOL 

The end of 2023 was pretty good! My father-in-law got to come visit us here in the USA from Morocco for 2 months. He was a bit shocked by some things but in the end he enjoyed  his time here but was also happy to get back home. 

 Anyways, 2024 wasn't a horrible year. It wasn't that great either but it wasn't as bad as some other years for us. My husband then got to go visit his family in Morocco for a bit, which he always enjoys.  We got to go to a comedy show at the beginning of the year and it was fantastic. It was just what we needed, a good laugh!

 After that, it took a bit of a turn when my mom went to the hospital, was there for almost a month and then she came to live with my husband an I for almost 2 months. She finally got into better shape and we moved her back to her home and she's doing much better, thank goodness! Even though she's been sick with a stomach bug and a flu that won't seem to leave her for the last month and a half. But, it seems everyone is sick these days, its just that time of year. 

So, 2024 brought us a presidential election. Wow is all I can say to it.  I didn't vote for the person that's coming into office and I was and am not happy about the outcome of that election but what can I do but just hope for the best until the next election. We'll just have to see what happens and hopefully its something good, but I doubt that. Healthcare needs to be on the table here because the system here in the USA is horrible. Can't afford insurance and if you can afford it, the deductibles are so high that you may as well not have it at all. There are many things that need to be done about many subjects here but unless someone is in the White House that can relate to normal, everyday, hard working people, things won't change. 

End of 2024 into 2025 was interesting to say the least. If you've seen the news you know what I'm talking about. The CEO that was gunned down in NYC. I'll insert here that murder is wrong, I get that, his poor family. Who did it? Not sure. They have someone in custody but nothing about it makes sense, not just to me, but to many people. We will just have to see what happens with it and where they take the case. I guess we'll be in Season 7 Episode 1 here at the beginning of the year. 

So, I'll end things here. Off to work I go in this freezing weather. It's only Jan 11th and it feels like we should be in May by now! LOL  Anyways, have a wonderful day. Stay safe, stay happy, stay yourself!!
