Holiday time...Ugh!

 Good morning, afternoon, evening, wherever you may be!  Here in northeast Pennsylvania its been like a roller coaster with weather.  Cold, rain, snow, warm, cold.  We never know how to dress because you may be frozen in the morning and sweating by the afternoon.  That's mother nature for you! 

 So, here we are the 7th of December and my work has once again screwed me.  They had a client for me that was within the hours I wanted and all of a sudden that client isn't a client.  Now they have a client that's very few hours for the week and its a drive for me, which at this time of year I don't want to be driving all over the place because I don't have a car for that with the snow and weather coming.  Do they care? Nope! I'm looking into other jobs to see what else is available out there within my area.  We will have to wait and see what happens there. So, to be continued.....

  Now for the holidays. Yay, blah, oh nooo!! LOL  I guess it all depends on how you're feeling about it all.  Me being 43, the holidays just kind of go by and I don't notice.  I like to decorate, but I don't like to take the decorations down.  I love to bake, but again at 43 those baked goods end up as 10 extra pounds LOL.  Holidays are so different for everyone.  They make some so happy and excited.  They make some so sad and wanting to hide until they're over.  They make some just not care at all.  So whatever you feel at this time of year just know you're not alone.  There's someone else out there feeling the same way that you are and however you feel is okay.  Don't make anyone tell you to be happy, sad, excited, social, just because its the holidays.  Be you and be unapologetically you!! 

 That's enough for today I suppose.  I'm off to bake my hubby a cake that he's asking for and since I feel like baking until the new year, I'm going to bake some other stuff as well.
