What is going on?!!
Hello lovelies! Long time no blog! I hope you are all doing amazingly well and are living a happy life. I've been so very busy lately with work, family and just life that I haven't had enough time to blog. But I'm living my best life so its all good babes!
Anyways, I've been playing around with makeup and some skin care items which I'll tell you about soon. But today I want to chat a little about what the heck is going on in this beauty community. I know you're all probably so tired of hearing about all the drama (frankly so am I) but I just wanted to talk a little about it.
So, I will admit that I love watching all of these beauty guru's on YouTube, its my guilty pleasure. At first I loved watching all of these people do this amazing makeup and just talk about their lives and they seemed so normal and just like me. Then all of this stuff comes out with tweets and one using another for fame and another with this and another with that. I now only watch certain channels because of all of this drama and I don't know if I even want to watch any channels after all of this nonsense!
I will say that a tweet from several years ago, you can be a different person today but as they say, what you put on the internet will always come back to get you. At least come out with a genuine apology instead of pretending to apologize and look a fool. Then it was one video after another after another with apology after apology. Really people!! Don't apologize today because someone else did it yesterday, its like the latest trend on YouTube to apologize. Maybe I'll make an apology video for smacking my sister when I was younger LOL.
Anyways I'm still watching a few channels like Glam Life Guru, Stephanie Lange, Marlena Stell, Thattayla, Learning to be Fearless, And I get dressed, and maybe one or two others. I want this community to go back to what it was but the way things are looking that will not happen anytime soon.
Maybe I need to move on from beauty channels to something else. Cars? Hair? Guns? Lol I just don't know. People that think they want to be something big really need to realize that one day all of their past will be right in front of their face and can really hurt them. I know we've all said things in our past that we regret and wish we could take back but if those things ever come back into our present day lives then we need to stand up and apologize truly and genuinely, not fake. And why disappear like you were never here to begin with? Why are you hiding? If you are genuinely sorry for what you said or did in the past then you should give your apology and move on. If people like you and want to continue to follow or like you, that's great. If people want to unfollow or unsubscribe then that's great too.
I just don't get it, but again I'm not in that position.
What are your thoughts on this?
Much love to you all. Good night, Good morning, Good evening wherever you are!
Until next time 💖😘
