Stress

Hello loves! Its been a while since I've posted anything and there's a reason for that....stress! First off, work has been making me crazy. They call me everyday wanting me to do more and more and at this point I just can't. There are days that I'd love to just tell them I quit but then I have a new client and she's just the funniest and sweetest lady. Btw, I'm a caregiver, I take care of elderly people in their homes and I love the job, not the company. I know, how many others say the same thing!

Second....family. Omg, between my family and my husband's family idk which way to go. Always one thing or another going on and its just too much at times. Some things are making me and my husband argue at certain times but we just talk it through and get over it. For us, making sure we're happy and loving each other is the #1 important thing. He's my rock and I'm his.

So I know most of the world has some sort of stress from something, whether it be a job, family, health or just stress from hearing bad things on the news. We all have ways of dealing with this stress and my way is to either talk with my husband and laugh with him or if he's working I will sit down with a cup of coffee or hot tea and watch YouTube makeup videos!
What are some of your ways of relaxing and getting the stressful day out of your heads?
Do you exercise? Watch TV? Listen to music? Watch YouTube? Shopping?
