WTF is this shampoo and conditioner?!
Hello my favorite people! I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July holiday. Hopefully you got some good family time in, or you just got to rest a bit. I actually had the day off so I got my cleaning done! The husband worked so it was too quiet for me but it was ok!
So, the reason I'm here today is to talk a little about the Garnier Whole Blends Coconut Water & Vanilla Milk Extracts Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner. OMG!! First let me explain my hair lately. My hair has decided to do its own thing and leave me behind. Normally its very straight, it gets oily very fast and its soft. But lately, nope, big NOPE! This hair on my head decided to go dry and frizzy on me. Now I have to watch everything I use on it because if I don't, I look like a troll doll. 👎
So, I decided to try out this Garnier shampoo and conditioner since I read good reviews about it. I tried it once and my hair felt so dry after using the shampoo. I said ok, maybe my hair needs to get use to it and so I put the conditioner on, rinsed, it felt better. Well, it felt better until I dried my hair 😨My hair looked soooo frizzy! I said, okay, maybe its just because my hair is not use to this new product, we'll try it again.
I've now tried about half the bottle and my hair still feels so dry and gets so frizzy after using these products. Maybe its something in the shampoo? Maybe my hair is saying, guuuuurl noooo!
So, I then tried my husbands shampoo, Head and Shoulders Dry scalp care. Well let me tell you all, my hair felt so soft and was not frizzy after using the Head and Shoulders. No conditioner was needed. I find that strange but again, maybe there's just something in that Garnier product that didn't agree with my hair.
Anyone else have this problem with the Garnier shampoos? Leave me a comment 💬 and let me know if you've had any issues like this, or if its just my hair doing its own thing again.
